The apartment is on walking distance to the city centre, just two streets from the canals. It's nearby tourist sites and city hussle buzz, but nice and quite in our street. There are restaurant and pubs right around the corner. An italian restaurant with traditional stone oven, Loetje locally famous for their steak meals, Amstel haven next to the amstel hotel, and more places to have dinner or lunch behind the park next to the apartment. The best bakery is across the street and there is a bagels & beans and coffee company around the corner. The apartment is nearby the metro, just a few stops from central station. For nightlife Rembrandtsquare, the latin quater (the pijp) Leidsesquare can be easily reached.
It's really easy to get here take the train to Amsterdam Central Station or Amsterdam Amstel. From Central Station it's just three stops by metro (all directions) to Weesperplein. From there you can walk south over wibautstreet after 500 meters turn left on the Ruyschstreet.
From Amstel station it's only one stop by metro (direction centraal station) to wibautstreet.
